Refund Policy

We issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the product is misprinted, defective, or damaged, you must report it within 05 days of delivery.
  • To request a refund, email us at havoxthreads@gmail.com with the following details:
    • Clear images or videos showing the defect.
    • A photo of the barcode sticker (UID labe/ QR codel) attached to the product.
    • An image of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
  • Once verified, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

🚫 Refunds Are NOT Available For:

  • Size or color changes – Please check the size chart before placing your order.(If you picked wrong size/colour)
  • Customer preference or change of mind – We do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is processed to receive a refund.Orders that have been printed and shipped cannot be canceled.
